We will soon find out and will help you to develop and enjoy your best singing voice. If the Military Wives can do it - so can you!
Who are we?Midhurst Music Society (MMS) has been providing the Midhurst area of West Sussex with live Classical Music Concerts for the past 47 years. It was founded by the late John Broadbent and has since flourished under the leadership of one of John’s former pupils, Mary Knight and of his son, Andrew. Many of the Society concerts require orchestral accompaniment and include orchestral items. This support is provided by the Rother Chamber Orchestra, formed from local semi-professional musicians and occasionally by other instrumental groups. What do we do?There are two major concerts each year, usually in December and May and there are other training and social activities. How do I join?We welcome new members. You don’t have to be able to read music - we will show you how it’s done. Just come and enjoy making music together. Contact our Chairman or Secretary or just come along to a rehearsal. We rehearse on Monday evenings, at 7.45pm, usually in the Methodist Church Hall, North Street, Midhurst. Our major concerts are performed in St.Mary’s Church, Easebourne
